Getting the Size Right Matters

dreamstime_s_29084717When your team is too big you end up with endless dialogue about what and how things need to get done. When it is too small you lack the expertise needed to do what needs to be done.

If people see the team’s purpose being enthusiastically supported by top leadership, if only the best are being considered, and if the team’s size is manageable and fun, why wouldn’t someone want to join?
